Lets Forest Service give cemeteries to tribes or governments

Lets the Forest Service hand over cemetery land it manages, up to 40 acres, to state and local governments, Indian tribes, or community land grants without payment.

• Applies to up to 40 acres used or once used as a cemetery, plus up to 1 nearby acre
• The land must keep being used as a cemetery or it can go back to the United States
• The Forest Service can waive fees for groups that show need
