Ends required land transfers by Alaska Native village corporations
Removes the rule that Alaska Native village corporations must convey certain lands to an existing town government or to Alaska for a future one, and lets them dissolve a trust to get land back.
- Village corporations no longer must convey land to a town government in the village
- They also no longer must convey land to Alaska to hold for a future town government
- A village corporation and village residents can end a trust by formal resolution to regain the land
