Creates a court process for human trafficking survivors to vacate convictions and expunge arrests for offenses that came from being trafficked.
- Covers offenses that directly resulted from or relate to being a trafficking victim
- Lets defendants argue they acted under duress as trafficking victims
- Allows certain legal representation grants to be used for post-conviction relief
- Requires reports on how many survivors file and on trafficking training for U.S. Attorneys
