Limits exams for small banks and credit unions
Small, well-rated banks and credit unions with $6 billion or less in assets would get a narrower exam the year after a full exam, and could ask the regulator to run separate exams at the same time.

- Must be well-capitalized and well-managed per latest exam
- Narrower exam comes the year after a full exam
- Regulator must combine exams like safety, soundness and technology if asked
