Extends military use of public lands in three states
Keeps certain public lands set aside for military training in Alaska, New Mexico, and California for 25 more years, and blocks mining and other public land claims on them.
- Fort Greely and Fort Wainwright ranges in Alaska stay reserved until November 6, 2051
- McGregor Range at Fort Bliss in New Mexico stays reserved until November 6, 2051
- Fort Irwin land in California stays reserved until December 31, 2051
- Also updates written descriptions of the McGregor Range and Fort Irwin land
