Lets Gateway Arch park host private events

Lets the National Park Service make a five-year deal with the Gateway Arch Park Foundation to hold private events at the park and its buildings in St. Louis.

• The agreement could be made only once and would last up to five years
• Events may not block public use or harm the park's appearance or purpose
• Fees must cover wear and tear; the park may recover security and staff costs
• The authority to make the deal ends seven years after the bill becomes law
