Requires replanting federal land after disasters
Directs the Interior Department to find damaged federal and tribal forest land and pay for replanting there.
- Covers land run by the National Park Service, Fish and Wildlife Service, Forest Service, and others
- Also includes Indian forest land and rangeland
- Interior would rank projects each year and pay for them through grants or contracts
- Could also pay for seeds and seedlings needed for these projects
