Orders a study of how common cancer is, and how many die from it, among veterans who served as active-duty aircrew and regularly flew fixed-wing aircraft.

- Covers veterans who regularly flew in fixed-wing aircraft as active-duty aircrew
- Looks at how many of these veterans got cancer and how many died from it
- Requires a report of the study's findings
