Requires checks on whether named people face sanctions

Directs the State Department to regularly decide whether certain individuals and groups listed in the bill fall under existing sanctions, and to report those decisions.

• State Department must make these determinations within 90 days of the bill becoming law
• It must repeat them every 180 days for up to six years
• The bill covers sanctions for terrorism, human rights abuses, corruption, and activity in Iran
