Creates new ZIP Codes for 14 communities
Requires the U.S. Postal Service to give each of 14 named communities its own single, unique ZIP Code.
- The communities are in California, Connecticut, Colorado, Florida, Iowa, Wisconsin and Wyoming
- Each listed community gets one ZIP Code of its own
- The Postal Service must designate the ZIP Codes for all 14 places
