Lets two Massachusetts tribes lease their land held in trust for terms of up to 99 years.
- Applies to the Mashpee Wampanoag Tribe and the Wampanoag Tribe of Gay Head (Aquinnah)
- Both tribes are located in Massachusetts
- Leases on their trust land could last as long as 99 years
