Requires the State Department to revoke passports of people who owe more than $2,500 in child support, and lets them get a short-term passport to return to the U.S.
- The State Department must revoke a previously issued passport for unpaid child support over $2,500
- Current law only lets it refuse new passports and may revoke existing ones
- A short-term passport can be issued for direct return to the United States
