Extends cybersecurity help for rural and municipal utilities
Reauthorizes through 2030 a Department of Energy program that gives money and technical help on cybersecurity to rural electric cooperatives and municipal or small investor-owned electric utilities.

- Utilities that run defense-related power lines get priority for help
