Lets Congress reject multiple late-term rules at once
Lets Congress vote down several federal regulations with a single resolution if they were issued late in a president's term, instead of one resolution per rule.
- One joint resolution could cover many regulations at once
- Applies to rules sent to Congress in the final part of a president's term
- Currently each resolution can only reject one regulation
