Requires report on high-risk state-run federal programs

Orders the Government Accountability Office to report on federally funded, state-run programs that are at high risk for waste, fraud, and abuse.

• Report must name program areas and practices vulnerable to waste, fraud, and abuse
• Must assess best practices that strengthen how states run these programs
• Must identify federal tools, resources, and help to address the risks
• Must include recommendations for addressing high-risk areas and practices
