Bars people convicted of fraud from SBA aid
People convicted of financial crimes or of lying to get COVID-19 loans would be blocked from Small Business Administration help, except disaster loans.
- Covers Paycheck Protection Program loans, restaurant grants and shuttered venue grants
- Also blocks aid to businesses with a convicted owner, officer, director or key employee
- Disaster loans are not affected
