Requires quarterly reports on COVID-19 loan fraud
Makes the Small Business Administration's oversight office report to Congress every three months on fraud involving COVID-19 loans, such as Paycheck Protection Program loans.
- Reports must give the number of loans involved and their total dollar amount
- Must list new cases of fraud and suspected fraud, and how many cases were resolved
- Must describe the types of fraud cases
- Reporting ends two years after the bill becomes law
