Extends foreign surveillance powers to April 2026

Extends certain federal surveillance authorities under the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act until April 30, 2026.

• The authorities would be extended through April 30, 2026
• The law sets that date as when the authorities are repealed
• Updates transition procedures related to the end of these authorities
• The changes take effect when enacted or on April 19, 2026, whichever is earlier
