The Department of Veterans Affairs would include delivery costs when it pays for a vehicle for certain disabled veterans and service members.
- The VA pays the lower of $26,417.20, adjusted yearly for inflation, or the vehicle's full price
- Delivery costs are not currently part of that payment
- The bill would require delivery costs to be included
