Requires yearly reports on small business contract programs
Makes the Small Business Administration report each year on four contracting programs, including how many businesses are certified and how many hold more than one certification.
- Covers the 8(a), Women-Owned, HUBZone, and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned programs
- Report must give the total number of certified businesses in each program
- Must list how many applied to two or more programs and the share that got two or more certifications
- Report comes out each year with the President's budget request
