Extends TSA airport screening program through 2031

Keeps a program that lets the government charge for extra airport screening outside the main checkpoint running through 2031, and allows it to grow from 8 sites to 14.

• The program would continue through the 2031 budget year
• The number of allowed locations rises from no more than 8 to as many as 14
• It covers screening set up outside an airport's main passenger checkpoint
