Requires the Bureau of Land Management to sell the government's right to reclaim about 8.43 acres in Sacramento, California, for at least fair market value.
- The sale must happen within 2 years after the landowner asks
- The buyer pays at least fair market value, plus surveys, appraisals and other costs
- The money goes into the Federal Land Disposal Account
