Directs the Small Business Administration to create and maintain a webpage with resources and a free tool to help small businesses move manufacturing capacity to the United States.
- Webpage must be set up within 60 days of enactment
- Must include contacts and a free tool to find entities that can help with onshoring
- Agency must study the page’s effectiveness and report to Congress after 2 years
- The law and its requirements end 4 years after enactment
