Tells the House Clerk to change a phrase in the finalized text of a Homeland Security bill so it refers only to that department's funding.

• The phrase "in this Act or any other act" would be replaced
• The new wording limits it to Homeland Security funds in this or earlier laws
• The change would also carry into the finalized version of a related bill
