Requires release of House ethics records on sexual harassment
Directs the House Ethics Committee to keep and publicly release records of investigations into sexual harassment or assault by House members, with victim and witness names redacted.
- Committee must preserve all records, including investigative materials
- Within 60 days of adoption, must publicly release reports, conclusions, recommendations, exhibits, and attachments
- Names and personal information of victims, alleged victims, and witnesses must be redacted
- Applies to House members, delegates, and resident commissioners
