Requires House ethics and workplace rights offices to publish lists of taxpayer-funded settlements tied to sexual harassment by House members and staff within 60 days.
- Lists names of Members, Delegates, or Resident Commissioners tied to harassment settlements
- Shows total taxpayer funds paid for each listed settlement
- Also reports totals for settlements not involving sexual harassment or misconduct
- Must publish within 60 days after the resolution is adopted
