Expresses support for calling the week of September 14, 2026, National Hispanic-Serving Institutions Week, and recognizes the achievements of those schools.
- Says these schools must have at least 25 percent Hispanic undergraduate enrollment
- Says 645 such schools enrolled more than 6 million students in the 2024-2025 school year
- Says they operate in 30 states, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico
- Calls on people and groups to mark the week with ceremonies and programs
