Requires House workplace rights training each session
Requires all House members, officers, employees, interns, and fellows to complete workplace rights and anti-harassment training each session and file a completion certificate.
- Training covers workplace rights and responsibilities, including anti-discrimination and anti-harassment
- Applies to members, officers, employees, interns, fellows, and detailees in House offices
- Must complete training and file a certificate within 90 days of a set date each session
- House Administration Committee must issue rules within 30 days of adoption
