Adds about 6,100 acres to Big Bend National Park
Lets the Interior Secretary add about 6,100 acres to Big Bend National Park by donation or exchange, and bars the use of eminent domain.
- Land can be added only by donation or exchange
- The government may not use eminent domain or condemnation
- Once land is acquired, the park boundary is changed and the land is managed as park
- A map of the land is available for public inspection at park offices
