Lets people skip review fees for flood map changes tied to ecosystem restoration projects and lets communities allow such projects in floodways that raise base flood levels up to 1 foot.
- No review or processing fee for a flood map change based on a restoration project
- Communities may allow a project in a floodway that raises base flood levels up to 1 foot
- No insurable building or critical infrastructure may be in the affected area
- A project analysis is due to the flood agency within 180 days after completion
