Lets tribal courts order electronic records

Gives tribal courts the same power state courts have to order phone, email and cloud companies to hand over stored customer communications and records.

• Tribal courts could issue warrants for stored emails, texts and cloud records
• They would have the same authority as state courts to compel companies
• Companies would have to turn over the records when a tribal court orders it
