Raises bankruptcy trustee fees and extends judgeships
Raises fees paid to Chapter 7 bankruptcy trustees, extends quarterly Chapter 11 trustee fees and larger-case fee rates for five years, and adds five years to certain temporary bankruptcy judgeships.
