Lets schools serve whole milk at lunch
Schools in the national school lunch program could offer whole, 2%, 1%, and fat-free milk, offer nondairy milk to all students, and stop counting milk fat toward saturated fat limits.
- Schools could offer whole, 2%, 1%, and fat-free milk, flavored or plain, organic or not
- Milk fat would no longer count toward the meal's saturated fat limit
- Nondairy drinks with equal nutrition could be offered to all students
- School food staff would need yearly training and certification, including on food allergies
