Updates Crow Tribe water settlement agreement
Changes the Crow Tribe's 2010 water rights agreement with Montana by setting up two funds for water projects and extending the tribe's right to build hydropower at a Montana dam.
- Creates a fund so work can continue on repairing the Crow Irrigation Project
- Creates a second fund the tribe must use for water supply, treatment and delivery systems
- Gives the tribe until 2030, five more years, to build hydropower at the Yellowtail Afterbay Dam
- Updates the water rights agreement the tribe and Montana made in 2010
