Stops states from banning Alaska Native ivory sales
States could not ban the sale, trade, or possession of marine mammal ivory, bone, and baleen legally made by Alaska Natives as handicrafts or clothing.
- States could not block buying, selling, or trading these products across state lines
- Covers ivory, bone, and baleen legally produced by an Alaska Native
- Also covers importing, transferring, bartering, and possessing the items
