Adds $5,000 court fee on some convictions
Requires courts to add a $5,000 charge on top of existing court fees for people or businesses convicted of certain crimes, unless they cannot afford to pay.
- The fee is $5,000, added to fees already charged after conviction
- Courts must impose it on anyone convicted of the listed crimes
- People or businesses who cannot afford to pay are not charged
