Colleges that take federal student aid would have to tell students about resources, accommodations, and complaint options for pregnant students.
- Applies to colleges that take part in federal student aid programs
- Must list on-campus and community resources for pregnant students and new parents
- Must describe accommodations for carrying a baby to term and parenting after birth
- Must explain how to file a discrimination complaint
