Large social media and web platforms would have to tell the government each year how many free public service ads they run, including ones about mental health resources.
- Applies to platforms with more than 100 million monthly users
- Platforms report the number and dollar value of public service ads each year
- Reports must include how many ads promote free or local mental health care
- The requirement ends five years after it becomes law
