Extends foreign surveillance powers to June 2026

Keeps the government's foreign intelligence surveillance authorities in place until June 12, 2026 instead of letting them end sooner.

• Extends the surveillance authorities through June 12, 2026
• Covers collection of communications of non-U.S. persons believed to be outside the U.S
• Information about U.S. persons may be picked up by accident and searched later under set conditions
