Limits flights and cuts slots at Reagan National Airport
Reduces the hourly flight limit at Reagan National Airport to 28 aircraft and permanently removes 30 flight slot exemptions, phased out from 2028 to 2032.
- Caps arrivals at 28 aircraft per hour within 90 days
- Eliminates 30 flight slot exemptions, at least 26 for flights beyond a set distance
- Phases out the 30 slots over 5 years, 6 per year from 2028 to 2032
- Creates a permanent commission to study safety and operations at the airport
