Lets the Miami Tribe take its Illinois land claim to federal court
Gives the U.S. Court of Federal Claims power to decide the Miami Tribe of Oklahoma's claim to Illinois land under the Treaty of Grouseland, and ends the tribe's other Illinois land claims.
- The court must rule without applying time-limit defenses
- The tribe has one year to file, or the court's power to hear the claim expires
- All other current and future claims by the tribe to land in Illinois are ended
