Keeps federal student aid flowing to theology, religious vocations, and philosophy programs at religious colleges even if graduates earn little money.
- Applies to schools that already qualify for a religious exemption in a 1972 education law
- Covers programs labeled theology and religious vocations, or philosophy and religious studies
- Those programs would no longer lose federal student aid because graduates earn too little
