Exempts crime stopper reward payments from bank reports

Would excuse banks from filing certain currency transaction reports when crime stopper organizations pay out cash rewards.

• Covers cash reward payments made by crime stopper organizations
• Those transactions would be exempt from certain currency transaction reports
• Changes a part of the United States Code dealing with currency transaction reports
