Puts a veterans college counselor in every state
Requires the Department of Veterans Affairs to place at least one VetSuccess on Campus counselor in every state to help veterans, service members, and qualified dependents adjust to college life.
- The VA must make sure the VetSuccess on Campus program operates in all 50 states
- At least one program counselor must be located in each state
- The program serves veterans, service members, and qualified dependents moving from military service to college
