Directs U.S. agencies to track and penalize foreign vessels and owners engaging in illegal, unreported, and unregulated fishing.
- Creates a public list of foreign vessels and owners involved in illegal fishing
- Authorizes visa sanctions for owners of vessels on the illegal fishing list
- Directs the Coast Guard to increase boardings and tracking of suspected vessels
- Authorizes 10 million dollars annually from 2025 through 2030 for enforcement
