Requires baby changing tables on Amtrak trains
Amtrak passenger trains would need a baby changing table in at least one bathroom in each car, with one of those bathrooms meeting disability access standards.
- At least one restroom in each passenger car must have a baby changing table
- One of those restrooms must meet disability access standards
- Applies to trains Amtrak owns and runs, and trains it buys after the bill passes
