Requires a yearly report on federal projects $1B+ over budget
Requires the White House budget office to report to Congress each year on federal projects that are $1 billion or more over budget or 5+ years behind schedule.
- Agencies must explain delays, cost increases and any changes in scope
- Reports list original and current costs and completion dates, adjusted for inflation
- Any bonuses paid on these projects must be listed, and the report posted online
