Each Department of Veterans Affairs medical center would need a lactation space that is hygienic, easy to find and not a bathroom.
- Applies to every medical center run by the Department of Veterans Affairs
- The space must be hygienic and cannot be a bathroom
- It must also meet other specifications, such as being easy to locate
