Requires agencies to post more federal spending online
Makes federal agencies report spending on "other transaction agreements" on the public USAspending.gov website, the same site that shows contracts and grants.
- Other transaction agreements are deals that fall outside standard contracts, grants, and cooperative agreements
- The Treasury must send this spending data to the website automatically and show it all in one place
- Treasury must post a yearly report on spending that was never posted, and why
- For 10 years, inspectors general at certain agencies must report on the agency's spending data
