Removes time limit for federal homicide charges
Lets federal prosecutors bring homicide charges no matter how much time passed between the act that caused the death and the death itself.
- Applies to any federal homicide offense
- Charges could be filed even if the death came long after the act
- No time limit would apply between the act or omission and the death
